Frustration. It feels like nothing changes; I’ve done the right and the wrong and got nowhere.

Motivation — there’s no truth, only results.

I decide to study more and move up the right way—without being naive.

If someone can do it that way, I can too—just the right way.

Anger. It’s always like this: the good ones get the worst of it.

I doubt it. Sometimes I feel my reality doesn’t allow for that.

I feel I need to hit a big level to feel fulfilled and recognized.

I’m convinced that with focus and logic, I can do it.

Let it go and keep moving toward my goals.

Talk calmly, try to understand the other side, and not just my own.

Talk too much or shut down and end up making things worse, unintentionally.

Avoid talking for fear of displeasing them or having a conflict.

Try to avoid confrontation or to resolve it, but get upset when I can’t.

Hope for the best and ask for as much help as possible because I feel vulnerable.

Try to handle it myself, self-medicating.

Believe it’s fine, and take care to make sure I recover well.

Ignore it as much as I can until I really have to treat it.

I consider doing it even if I don’t like it, because I’m dissatisfied or ashamed of my body.

I start and stop many times, always losing the routine.

I work out regularly and mindfully, respecting my limits.

I don’t do it due to discouragement, fear of injury, or shame.

When I’m well, I eat well. When I’m not, I fall off.

Make drastic changes and end up quitting quickly.

Get anxious and try to change, but I can’t.

Usually feel useless and powerless to change things.

Remember I reap what I sow and stay at peace.

Distract myself doing lots of things so I don’t think about it.

Accept it calmly and clearly reorganize my actions.

Get restless and bothered by what gets in my way.

Get anxious thinking about the negative consequences.

Handle it alone because I don’t want to depend on anyone.

Get mentally lost, not knowing exactly where to start again.

Do whatever comes to mind in the moment. Later I see if it was right.

Write it down, think it through, and act with what I have.

I avoid thinking about it; I feel bad when I remember.

I hate making mistakes, but it happens sometimes.

I still blame myself; that should never have happened.
